I'm getting ready for bed. It's late--for me. 10:53. I love getting into bed and snuggling up in my down comforter. I love feeling the muscle tension melt away as I realize there will be no demands on me for the next eight or nine hours. But tonight I'm thinking about all my friends who are just getting ready to queue up for "Twilight." They are probably touching up makeup and stuffing leftover halloween candy into their purses. Truly, I think the whole idea of seeing a movie at 12:05 am on the official release date is just delightful, but I need my sleep. So to those droves of Twilight fans, just about to hit the road, I'm with you in spirit. It's not that I didn't like the book. It's not that I'm not excited for the movie. But I do not regret the fact that I'm about to crawl under the covers. Good night!
Let me know if you liked it, but don't give too many details, k?

I'm trying to decide if I should read the book first or go see the movie first. Not at midnight, though. Harry Potter, yes, but...
At 10:53 we were all in our seats in the theatre anxiously waiting the start of the movie. Wish you were there!
I'm so with you, Brenda. I am very excited to see the movie, but I can wait until a more reasonable time of night :)
I'm going to wait until it comes out on DVD so I can watch it my room and not bother anyone. I don't like the book so why would I like the movie.
I am with you on that. I was snuggled in bed last night thinking of them too. I was up until midnight though reading and surfing blogs so I felt like I didn't win out on too much extra sleep.
So, have you seen it yet? Q and I were in the movie that night. I too enjoy my sleep, and try to be in bed by 9:30, but it was really fun to see the movie at midnight. If you ever get the chance again, take it. Maybe "New Moon." Bigger budget for that one, so it'll hopefully be even more worth it.
The best part was listening to all the crazy outbursts frm the teenage vampire lovers. Other than that I did not like the movie, but I am told that my expectations were set way to high.
