Maybe it's the sugar overload. Or the travel overload. Or the schedule overload. This Christmas is less relaxed than Christmases past. Here are the lists I made when I got up this morning.
To-do lists for myself and each kid. Pack list for California. Shopping list. Maia's birthday party list.
On a happier note, my niece Jessica got married in the Portland temple last weekend and we were able to travel to both beautiful Oregon receptions.
And as an added bonus, we got a picture of our whole family smiling (sort of) and facing the same direction (sort of) in the temple atrium. Hooray! That is a rare occasion, indeed.

Oh my goodness - Berkeley is so tall and grown up looking!! Crazy! Hope your holidays mellow out enough for you to enjoy the season Aunt Brenda! Oh and I really like the bridesmaid dresses in the wedding picture by the way... :)
(My first comment got deleted! whoops!)
Just be glad you're all facing in the same direction. No one has chosen a diverging path. I know you'll have a wonderful time in California and you'll be able to relax there. I'm sure Sheryl appreciated your support more than you can know. We'll be anxious to hear you got there ok.
Love, Mom
Don't drowned if you're driving! Nice family picture!
That is a nice family picture. Remember to breathe, Brenda. Love you and Merry Christmas!
I would say that family picture is worth framing. Very cute!
And Sophia has the same dress that Sydney is wearing.
Hope you had a fantastic Christmas!!!
