Too young for a sleep-over?

These little girls are ready for the teenage world of late night whispers and giggles (well, 9:45). They were so excited to get in bed and have their "sleep-over," but then they were out before I could tuck them in.

Maia slept over at Emily's last weekend so we could go night skiing. We wanted to return the favor and have Emily for a pseudo "sleep-over." I had to get evasive when they started asking about breakfast plans. Emily's dad picked her up about 10 minutes after they fell asleep. Can she come back in time for breakfast?

Oh my word, that is the cutest picture ever. Let's just hope those two are friends forever, because how cool would it be to look back at that picture when they are older. I love it.

That is very cute! And probably the world's shortest sleepover ever. 10 minutes huh?

This morning I asked Maia "what happened to Emily? Didn't she sleep in your bed last night?" She said nonchalantly, "she left while you were in the shower." Hmmm....

Does it get any cuter than that? Emily loved her sleepover. She was so cute packing up her stuff. She sure loves her buddy Maia! And Connor was in heaven with the Wii. And while we're at it, Rick and I loved a kid-free night. Thanks!
