I got 100%, but that's no surprise. I was educated at Brigham Young University, after all. Apparently atheists, Jews and Mormons score highest. Why exactly? Do they feel more compelled to study religion because they find themselves needing to defend their faith (or lack thereof)? Or do they value education more than other groups? Or is it the other way around--could there be a correlation between being educated and ending up atheist, Jewish or Mormon?
I'm going to refrain from editorializing on the specific questions specific groups missed until you all get a chance to take the quiz. Spoilers are welcome in the comments, however!
Here is an extra little quiz. Name the three religions (in order) represented in the edifices below:

80% Better than I thought I'd do. I guess Grant's school-talk isn't going in one ear and out the other :)
I got 67%. I'd be embarrassed about that score but apparently I shouldn't be since I did better than most people. Even within my own religion.
The pictures would be:
Latter Day Saint
Not sure, I'd say Muslim if I were to guess
And Jewish for the last one.
Oh, and no idea if I'm right. Let us know.
73% I was hoping I'd do better. I like that test though. Wait a minute, today is the last day of September! Does that mean you won't be posting every day? It's been my nightly ritual to comment, what will I do without it? That was a fast month.
I guessed; just like I do in Sunday School. Though I have to say I was disappointed that FHE, faith, and daily prayer were not one of the correct answers.
Buildings? I'm with Darilyn, but think the last one looks eastern orthodox (despite the star of David). The Assembly Hall at temple square also has a star of David so I think you might be trying to trick us (that's the atheist in me coming out).
Great month of posts. Thanks.

I got 80 or 87%, I can't remember. First picture I'm not sure. Second is Islam and third is Judaism. Might I suggest posting a picture of the Community of Christ temples and adding it to the test? Now those are unique!
93%, missed the last one. I'd narrowed it down to a 50/50. I guess I should have phoned a friend. :)
14 of 15. But then I never had the benefit of a campus as my universe ;-)
I missed public school teachers quoting the bible.
1. Logan
2. ? Saudi Arabia- definitely a minaret
3. I was going to guess Coptic, but the characters are Hebrew, and roughly translate as Zh hshrl tkqs kn kv. At least they would if I had those letter and was playing scrabble.
unrelated: can your play list come out and play some time? I miss it.
I got 100% but must confess to some guessing.
It's interesting to be in Salt Lake where Mormons are now the minority. On the plane ride we sat next to an interesting guy from Salt Lake who places doctors as a profession. He was articulate and personable and evidently non-Mormon. I gave him a pass along card and he said, "I don't want to offend your sensibilities, but I don't believe in God." We liked him anyway.
I too have loved your daily blogs and wish they would continue.
I got 15 too. Did you look at the expanded list I posted the other day? It's been really interesting to see how the poll results came out, too (the full poll, not the online mini-quiz). Nice to see Mormons and Jews placing so highly, but it raises a question about how much (and why) different cultural/religious groups encourage education about one's own faith and that of others.
Oh, and kudos on posting every day. You've inspired me to give it a go this month now!
Oh, forgot the picture quiz :)
(1) LDS (Mormonism)
(2) Islam
(3) Judaism
@Anonymous, what is it about the last picture that makes you think of Eastern Orthodoxy? I'm not a big EO expert but I'd have expected a cross. For me, I'm assuming it's Jewish because of the Star of David and Hebrew lettering.
I got 100%! I'd like to thank the Post Doc at my work (the one with all the Hindu tattoos), my Buddhist friend in high school, Fiddler on the Roof, my Catholic teammates, my high school Social studies teacher for making us read bible excerpts, and of course my parents for making me watch Luther (2003) and teaching me Islam and Christianity.
I got 100% but in the interest of full disclosure I cheated.

Hey Brenda,
Big thanks! Your blog has kept me awake through the last hour at work (my patients are asleep. .... I think ;). Fun catching up with your thoughts and goings-ons.
